Monday is zero commitment weekly Zoom community for digitally exhausted radicals and creatives who are part of ‘the change’

Monday will show you how you can make a quantum leap forward in your life and business whilst prioritising your mental, physical and spiritual health.

It’s part accountability, part magic, part practical reset.

You can even remove your name and thumbnail and be totally anonymous.

No need for "work clothes" or tidy hair.

Your focus is you.

You are encouraged to be self’ist’ and use this time to get your needs met.

One hour, What happens?

Monday will teach you solid business ideas that prioritise authenticity, intelligent use of social media, word of mouth and hub marketing.

Monday will give space and time to taking instruction from your soul and intuition, rather than past trauma and bad habits.

Monday will show you how to regulate your nervous system so that you can be calm and present with whatever life chucks at you.

The hour is divided into six 10-minute segments, which will be the same every week

I will lead you through them clearly, with solid boundaries, you will never need to share (or even show your face if you don’t want to) but there will be opportunities to share in the chat

60 minutes 

  1. Just do it

    Once you are ‘in’ we will spend the first 10 minutes creating space (unsubscribe, unfollow, leave whatsapp groups, remove apps, tidy desks, send ‘that’ message, sort bills, empty bins, make the bed.

  2. One Great Idea

    I will share one inspiring business method that I have learnt about

  3. The Politics of Self Care

    We will move our bodies, drink water then rest

  4. Dream Huge

    We dream, imagine, explore. We will connect with our mission.

  5. Power of 3

    We will identify 3 things we will do this week that will move our projects forward in a significant way and based on those, we will identify 3 micro goals for Monday.

  6. Exchange and Networking (and music)

    I will invite you support this work in any way that feels right (e.g. donation, testimonial, or sharing the Monday link, buying my art) to keep this model sustainable.

    And in the final 5 minutes you will have the opportunity to share a link to your website or information about your work in the chat.

One hour, What happens?

The purpose of Monday is to give me (Lizzie) a way to start my week on track, get on with my projects and create healthy, solid and repeatable habits. 

Also because I live and work in Spain, I want to do something that is unashamedly in English, translating everything is always a bit of work for me work for me.

I have huge, beautiful ambitious plans (‘Rubí’ and ‘FincAlma`) I need to step up a gear in focus and discipline and magic making.

One of my major obstacles is screen addiction.

This takes daily monitoring.
