Untold Stories:

Creative autobiographical writing method

A gentle but powerful space for autobiographical writing.

Untold Stories is a process I’ve developed to help you explore what sits beneath the surface — the things we carry quietly, avoid, or don’t yet have words for.

Through simple guided practices combining writing, drawing, and somatic exercises, we create space for something honest to emerge, without pressure to share or explain.

You work with your own material, privately, within a supportive group setting.

There is no need to perform or produce anything polished, only to stay with what is real

People often come to work with shame, memory, uncertainty, or patterns that feel stuck. Others come simply to reconnect with their voice and creative instinct.

The workshops are in English or English and Spanish but you can write in your mother tongue.

There is no expectation to share your writing unless you choose to. Each person works at their own pace, with full respect for privacy and personal process.

Over time, this work can soften the way we relate to difficult experiences and open new perspectives on what we’ve lived through.

It is not about fixing the past, but about changing your relationship to it, so that something more spacious and present becomes possible.
